1. Entitoe highly values your privacy and will not provide your personal information to third parties, except when there is a legal requirement to do so.

2. Personal information such as contact details may be collected in order to help us organise our administration as efficiently as possible.

3. Any personal information that we obtain in the context of the language course will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with any external parties.

4. You have the right to view the personal information we have stored from you. You can do so by submitting a request via e-mail.

5. In the event that your personal information is found to be incorrect, you may submit a request for the correction, addition or removal of this information.

6. Personal information is kept on file for a maximum of two years after the end of the course. For the purpose of organising reunions or additional courses, addresses may be kept on file for a longer time period.

7. If you have a complaint, please submit your complaint via post or e-mail using the complaint form, which can be found on the Entitoe website. Every complaint is treated strictly confidentially and will be reviewed in accordance with our complaints policy.
