Course application and enrolment

1. You can apply for a course by completing the registration form. Upon registration, you will receive an invoice via e-mail. A place in the course is only confirmed after payment of the course fee. Because the courses have a limited capacity, timely registration and payment is recommended.

2. Students who are not absolute beginners will be invited for an intake interview to ensure they are enrolled in an appropriate course.

 

Payment

3. Course fees must be paid in full by the payment due date stipulated on the invoice. The payment due date is within two weeks of registering or, if you register less than four weeks before the start of the course, no later than two weeks before the course start date.

4. Course fees can be paid via bank transfer. Our bank account details are stated on the invoice.

5. Entitoe language courses are exempt from value added tax (btw).

 

Cancellation

6. If you wish to cancel your enrolment, you can do so via e-mail (info@entitoe.nl). A refund is only possible if your cancellation is received no later than two weeks before the start of the course. A 10% administration charge will be deducted from each refund. Course fees will not be reimbursed if cancellation takes place later than two weeks before the course start date.

7. If there are not enough participants for a course (less than 6 for a regular group course, or less than 4 for an intensive group course), Entitoe reserves the right to cancel the course. In this case, Entitoe will notify students who have already registered no later than three days before the scheduled course start date. Any course fees already paid will be refunded in full within two weeks.

 

Privacy

8. Entitoe highly values your privacy and will not provide your personal information to third parties. We will treat all information concerning our students and their employers that we obtain in the context of the language course as strictly confidential and will not share this with any external parties.

 

Changes to these terms and conditions

9. Entitoe reserves the right to change the terms and conditions concerning payments and cancellations at any time.
