Terms and Conditions

• Because the courses have a limited capacity, timely registration is recommended.
• A short test may be part of the intake interview to ensure students are placed in an appropriate course.
• Upon registration, an invoice will be sent via e-mail. A place in the course is only confirmed after payment of the course fee.
• A refund is only possible if written cancellation (by letter or by e-mail) is received at least four weeks before the start of the course. A ten percent administration charge will be deducted from each refund.
• If there are less than 6 applicants for a group (4 for the intensive course), Entitoe reserves the right to cancel the group. Students who have already paid the course fee will receive a full refund.
